Scalar

A date-time string in UTC, accommodating both full date-time formats, such as 2007-12-03T10:15:30Z, and simple date formats, such as 2007-12-03, compliant with the date-time and full-date formats outlined in section 5.6 of the RFC 3339 profile of the ISO 8601 standard for representation of dates and times using the Gregorian calendar. This scalar is serialized into a string in ISO 8601 format and parsed from a string in either ISO 8601 full date-time or simple date format.
